We aim to despatch within 3 - 5 working days by 2nd Class Post but at our busiest times - February/March and October/November orders can take longer so please allow 10-14 Working Days.
How to Pay
Card
We accept the major Credit and Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo. For overseas customers, billing in Sterling will be converted by your credit card company at the prevailing exchange rate.
Please supply your name as on the card, the card number in full, its expiry date and the 3-digit card verification number on the signature strip (for Maestro/Switch we also need the Issue number and/or valid from date), and the address to which the card is registered, if this is different to the delivery address.
Paypal
To make payment via Paypal all you need to do is log in to your Paypal account and send the requested amount.
Cheque
You must download an order form when paying by this method.

Dated and signed cheques should be sent with the order, made payable to 'Pinflair'. At times there may be a discrepency with final total of the invoice which may be in the customers favour. We will use our own discretion depending on outstanding amount. If we are out of stock of an item or the order has been miscalculated in our favour we will either issue a credit note or ask you to deduct the amount owing off future orders.
Returns Policy Faulty or Wrong Goods Received (Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.)
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, once returned you will incure a 10% restocking fee.
